The following files contains our fee schedule for patents, utility models, designs, trademarks and other matters. All fees are listed in Japanese Yen. However, payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars or British Pounds, provided that the client calculates charges at the exchange rate current on the date of the disbursement. Please confirm payments in currencies other than the Japanese Yen with our office, as we may charge an additional fee to cover the difference in exchange values.
Where a range of fees is given, lower fees may be negotiated in advance, based on the volume of work, time required, etc. Extra fees are charged for urgent work or work with unexpected complications.
